Five Course Wine DinnerFirst Course
Torrontes by Grazioso from Argentina- Frittata di Judith: Judy's homemade frittata, with potatoes, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts and spinach. Served with a mixed green salad topped with homemade raspberry vinagrete dressing.
Second Course
Monastrell by Old Hands from Spain- Pasta e Fagioli: “Pasta and Beans” in a light and zesty tomato sauce prepared with virgin olive oil, ground black pepper and garlic.
Third Course
Prosecco by Riondo from Italy- Insalata di Arance: A traditional Italian Salad made with fresh oranges topped lightly with virgin olive oil, ground black pepper and thinly sliced garlic.
Fourth Course
Pinot Noir by Bridgeview from Oregon- Quaglia il modo Calabrese: Sweet and tender quail brushed with Chef
Judy's honey sage glaze, stuffed with a Calabrese stuffing made with fresh
bread crumbs mixed with dried cranberries, diced toasted almonds, grated romano
cheese, and other select ingredients; baked to perfection. Served with red
skinned garlic and parsley potatoes and sauteed spinach.
OR
- Tilapia di Julia di Magdalina: Fresh filet of tilapia lightly
floured and pan seared with an apricot demiglace; topped with toasted almonds
and dried cranberries. Served with roasted red peppers, sauteed spinach,
and red skin garlic and parsley potatoes.
OR
- Melenzane Romano: Fresh eggplant lightly battered and browned in olive oil, layered with marinara sauce and grated romano cheese; then baked to perfection. Served with sauteed mushrooms and spinach.

Gewurztraminer by Robertson from South Africa- Ricotta Cake: Judy's homemade Vanilla Ricotta Cheese Cake served with fresh strawberries and dusted with powdered sugar.
